Rashmi Nandakumar specialises in litigation at the Supreme Court of India. She has drafted, filed and argued matters across a broad range of subjects in the Supreme Court. She has also instructed senior counsel in various matters including matters resulting in important judgments in constitutional law, environmental law, service law, criminal law and family law. Her notable work includes the litigation seeking equal rights for women co-parceners in Hindu joint family property; (the challenge to) the Transgender Act of 2019;  and the challenge to discriminatory laws in the context of leprosy affected persons.
