She has a broad commercial dispute resolution practice at the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court and tribunals in Delhi. She also has significant experience in arbitration and mediation, having represented parties at all stages of proceedings.Her corporate advisory work includes drafting licensing agreements, co-branding agreements, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, agreements with key personnel/labour contracts, lease agreements, franchise agreements, trademark assignment agreements, and other business contracts/MOU’s.
She has also advised and acted for clients in the areas of labour law, intellectual property law, banking law and company law amongst others.
